PC to the family room

I cannot live in one room with Mac G4, it is too noisy. It is a good news that Apple switched to Intel arch. The content a PC is working with creates the difference, so the similar device can be put on desk (MSVS2005 and Komodo) and can be set in the living room (Media player and Office). But people prefer TV set, remember "the last thing I think of returning home is PC". Maybe removing keyboard can help, no obligation to press
