Preparation for the training “How to work with US” started with the flags and maps. Interesting that initially I understood with US as “with us”, not with USA. Interesting to see the world map with US in the center. US EEs are driven by schedule, context driven in Asia and in Ru. Work and fun are separate, time is money, only dumb question is that you never asked. For me it is always strange to see how they use word Culture. For us this is about reading certain writers and listening to certain kind of music. For them this is being on time. Low and high context, small talk, how are you is not about how you are. Silence in communication, for example, on the bridge, is very uncomfortable.
